How long does it take to get my design concepts?
Generally, your concepts will be ready within 3 business days after your deposit has been received. However, if you select a custom package or multiple design services, an estimated time of delivery will be emailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.

How do I get started?
You may either purchase via a direct link on our services page or send us an email with a description of your needs to request a quote on a custom project. After we have done an assessment of your project, we will provide you with a quote which is valid for 30 days. Once we reach an agreement on the scope, price, components and structure of your project(s), a deposit of 50% is required before work will begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments with credit cards, echecks or instant transfers for all services. If you choose to pay via PayPal echeck, the design process will begin once your payment has cleared your bank.

Do you maintain copies of our project?
Yes, we maintain a full back up copy of all design projects in the event that you lose your original copy due to computer data loss or any unforseen circumstances. We will provide you with a complimentary copy of all source files should you ever request it.
